爆破試驗臺計算機控制試驗的操作
爆破試驗臺主要用于以下零部件的出廠檢測：汽車軟管類： 轉向管、剎車管、空調管、燃油管、冷卻水管、散熱軟管、暖風軟管、空氣濾芯器軟管、渦輪增壓系統軟管、工程液壓軟管；航空軟管和管匯；其他硬管或接頭以及汽車剎車泵、缸體；工程液壓軟管主要用于液壓設備、工程機械、礦山機械等液壓管爆破試驗；閥體，缸筒等需要檢測壓力的設備的耐壓試驗。
This test bed is mainly used for detection of the following parts: the factory car hose: steering tube, brake pipe, air-conditioning pipe, oil pipe, cooling water pipe, radiator hose, air hose, air filter hose, hose, turbocharging system engineering hydraulic hose; air hose and hard tube or pipe; the other connector and automotive brake pump, cylinder; hydraulic hose is mainly used in the hydraulic engineering equipment, engineering machinery, mining machinery, hydraulic pipe blasting test; pressure test valve, cylinder pressure detection equipment needs.
爆破試驗臺管路系統采用非焊接式連接。測試流體系統和驅動流體系統分離、方便試驗溫度控制和測試介質多樣化。有三種不同控制方式可供選擇：手動控制、PLC控制、計算機控制。采用高速采樣卡采樣試驗數據。滿足試件不同的安裝方式軟管。

爆破試驗臺采用計算機控制試驗過程，實時顯示顯示試驗時間、試驗壓力等值，試驗結果可自動保存，可打印輸出，斷電能自動保存試驗結果。爆破試驗臺使用介質可以為水，也可以采用乳化液、石油基礦物油作為試驗介質，可以對汽車上述產品進行壓力、膨脹、變形性能檢測，各項功能既可以單獨進行測試也可以進行綜合試驗，提高了設備的使用率，且設備具有性能穩定，操作簡單，維修方便的特點。
